This was a branding project that I decided to do as an exercise to keep my skills fresh. When I was in college, I came across this German photographer Natalie Bothur, during some research for another project and I really loved her work. Even as a young design student, I thought it was odd that she didn’t have a functional website. At the time she had a very basic HTML page which looked more like a Microsoft Word page with little text and small thumbnail size images. I continued to follow her work as I progressed in school. I made the decision after I graduated to assign myself a branding project and use her as my subject. I wanted to keep things clean and modern with the focus being on her photographs.
